I don't want my site to appear in the Google index. What to do?
1. Password protection of the page content. Oznacza to jednoczesne zablokowanie treści dla zwykłych użytkowników, who do not know the password. Often used for content, to be made available to a closed group of users (Internet forums).
2. Meta tag robot. It allows you to block the page for the Google robot. Putting the noindex parameter in the robot tag allows you to avoid being indexed by the search engine. The difficulty of blocking the content of this method is the need to place this tag on each subpage.
3. The robot.txt file is the most flexible content blocking method for search engine robots. It allows, among others. to block certain sections of the website (directories) while unlocking their fragments (subdirectories). In addition, thanks to the robots.txt file, we have the option of running a different website accessibility policy for different search engine robots.
4. There is another method of hiding certain content from search engine robots based on cloaking (displaying different content to the search engine robot than to an ordinary user), however, we do not recommend this method.
