What to do to make your website appear in local business search results.
By entering a query containing the phrase and location in the search engine, a map will be displayed in the results. If our website is not displayed on the map, add it to “Google Places”.
Google trusts the information submitted through Google Places the most, therefore it is worth working on the application longer.
Registration is not very complicated – it is enough to provide basic data such as: company name, address, Phone number, website and its description,as well as an email address. By making it easier to display an entry in response to the right query, you can add a company to the appropriate category. It is also worth completing the remaining elements: opening hours, payment options, descriptions and photos.
The application is verified by phone or by post.
After proper verification, additional elements, such as special offers, can be added to the entry.
The entry should appear in the string 12 hours from verification.
A Google Places listing is completely free and editable.
